DALLAS, June 22, 2026 – Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NASDAQ: KMB) today released its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the company’s initiatives and programs designed to advance its purpose of providing Better Care for a Better World as part of its long-term growth and product innovation strategy.
Key highlights of the company's 2025 progress against its 2030 ambitions include:
- Social Impact: Kimberly-Clark’s brand programs, combined with global and local partnerships, have helped advance the well-being of more than 436 million people since 2015 through programs focused on sanitation, maternal and child health, and stigma reduction.
- Responsible Sourcing: Kimberly-Clark achieved a 50% reduction in natural forest fiber use compared to 2011 based on a monthly average run rate measured over the last five months of 2025, achieving its 2025 interim ambition. The company also sourced 95% of its tissue fiber from certified and recycled sources and remains committed to its ambition to be Natural Forest-Free across its product portfolio beyond 2030.
- Energy & Climate: Kimberly-Clark achieved a 46% absolute reduction in operational Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared to its 2015 base year, with an aspiration to achieve a 50% reduction by 2030.
- Water Stewardship: Sites located in water-stressed areas receive prioritized focus as part of our risk-based approach. Kimberly-Clark expanded its water risk assessment to include additional sites, enhancing visibility into water-stressed operations. The company also reduced its water use at manufacturing sites in water-stressed regions by 45% compared to its 2015 base year, making progress toward its ambition to reduce water use in those areas by 50% by 2030.

The report and accompanying disclosures highlight Kimberly-Clark’s sustainability performance and provide qualitative and quantitative information about the company’s sustainability objectives, ambitions, and initiatives in fiscal year 2025.
