Ronald D. Mc Cray Elected Vice President and Secretary of Kimberly-Clark Corporation DALLAS, Oct. 26 -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today announced the election of Ronald D. Mc Cray as vice president and secretary.

Mr. Mc Cray, formerly vice president and chief counsel for the company's Neenah, Wis. operations, will now be responsible for corporate, finance and securities, and employee benefits law, as well as corporate secretarial activities.

Mr. Mc Cray joined Kimberly-Clark in 1987 as a senior attorney. In 1993, he was promoted to senior counsel with trade regulation, intellectual property and international responsibilities. He was promoted to the vice president and chief counsel's position in 1996.

Mr. Mc Cray is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School. He will be based at Kimberly-Clark's world headquarters in Dallas.
