Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, August 1, 2001 - The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2001, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2001.
