Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, November 13, 2001 – The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 3, 2002, to stockholders of record on December 7, 2001.
