Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, November 12, 2002 – The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 3, 2003, to stockholders of record on December 6, 2002.
